The gender pay gap is still very much a thing
A new study has found that people with certain names are more likely to be rich, which is good news if you're called Ed or Liz.
The highest earning male name was Ed, earning a MASSIVE average salary of £61,362.
In contrast, the highest earning female name was Liz, who typically earned £38,792. But the gender pay gap's not a thing anymore, right?
Adzuna.co.uk, a search engine for job ads, created the salaries table, which didn't feature a woman's name until number 318, and just 13% of the women featured on the table earned an average salary of £30,000.
